It's a full-skill chart. You'll need to memorize the chart well to clear it. However, since it fills your HP before the late-spike run, I think it's manageable.

It's very jacky and feels jumpy and spammy with how you have to drill, jump, and hammer between singles and brackets at suck a high bpm. Quite a mess if you can't keep up.

Compared to 1948, this chart is a godsend. You have to endure a terrifying 240 BPM late spike, but the early-to-mid section is quiet and you get a full-health potion right before the spike, making it much more manageable. The late spike also mashes surprisingly well. However, the slightly long drill in the middle followed immediately by a low-speed section is more of a variable than you'd think, so be careful.
