It's a bit tough to clear, but using drag mashing lowers the difficulty. Plus, there are quite a few potions, so you can get a good scoring.

I'm someone who got into this by mashing 5-note chords. I haven't tried it, but... hitting the notes accurately would probably be brutal.

It doesn't demand much stamina from the beginning to the mid-late game, but the break on point is whether you can survive the 20-second bracket run in the late spike. Start the run as accurately as possible, and mash or drag through the parts where your ankles twist!

For the late spike, the first half is best played with precise hits, and the second half is best played by mashing as much as possible without missing.
