It's best to maintain full health before the drill and clear the run without losing health or missing notes, but if you lose even a little health, it's better to hit the notes accurately. The patterns that follow are easy, but if you breeze through them, you won't survive the stairs, so you must connect everything. For the stairs, use whatever is comfortable for you among side-mashing or 1+3+1.
