I think it's overwhelmingly harder than other 23s.

Easier than Dement or Phantasm, but tougher than the others.

If you drag well, I don't think it'll reach the top tier. When I played it, it felt somewhere between high and mid-high. Let's just drag moderately and mash moderately.
