You have to twist to get a scoring, and it takes a lot of stamina, so at least mid-high.

If you do the all-twist at the end, you can experience a washing machine spin cycle.

I think the difficulty changes depending on whether you twist or drag. When I twisted everything it felt like a high, and when I dragged it felt like a mid-high.

If you twist it, it's harder than Conflict. I literally collapsed after finishing it;;

It’s harder than it looks. Try to save your stamina for the final twist part.
