Typical -mash- chart

If your goal is to break on, it's manageable if you mash with 3 notes (I recommend twisting and mashing).

A chart consisting of 16-beat twist runs at 198 BPM. There are many hold portions, so it doesn't consume much stamina, and while the twist intensity is harsh for the BPM, the mash path itself looks clean. The problem is that the mash path is a side bracket, so the difficulty lies in the fact that you still have to twist even if you mash.
