For the drill/bracket section = I think you have to survive by drilling with your left heel and right toe, then switching to your right heel when the bracket comes out. Of course, you'll need to get used to the fast drill.

Wow~ I survived the drills again today... There are relatively few brackets, and the drills that follow the rest section in the mid-to-late game can be even harder.
