With this much twist run, I don't think it's the lowest, and even considering the slow BPM that makes it hard to call it 'easy', the density is quite high. It becomes easy once you can twist freely, but if not, you have to survive by using up your stamina, and there are several sections where one wrong miss can ruin your pace and be fatal. However, since the number of twist run songs harder than this is increasing at 18, 'mid-low' seems appropriate. For the 24-bit axis-drop style runs, remember the BPM is slow, and if you move your feet a bit faster, you can surprisingly clear it even with standard footwork. Because it's slow, it seems quite good for twist practice.
