I think it got an 18 because of the ending, but it's not that hard for an 18. The sections other than the ending are easy in difficulty but designed to drain your stamina unexpectedly. The final run is structured so that players who just hit 18 have to mash hard to survive, so if you waste your stamina in the first half as intended, your chances of clearing drop. If you research how to reduce stamina consumption in the non-ending sections even if you have to drag-step, and play the final section by mashing or drag-stepping as you see it, you can clear it. Surprisingly, if you use tricks well, it's a song where you might not feel like your stamina is drained much for a long version song.
