I don't think this was made for locals to perfectly hit the final note; for locals, it just feels like a battle of endurance in the late spike... Considering the twist difficulty outside the late spike is 17, it's not high, but it's mostly high-movement twists that drain stamina surprisingly fast. If you try to hold your gauge too hard, you might not even survive the late spike and get cut, which is quite possible. A technical chart that won't even give you a chance to clear if you can't either manage your pace or just build raw stamina.

I cleared this when I was playing 18s.. The twist is seriously brutal. Not quite at an impossible level, though.

The late spike is filled with twists that are easy to mess up one or two at a time.
