Watch the twists at the beginning, and if you just breeze through the hold twists, you'll meet the bracket holds with full HP. However, if you're at a level where you can handle mid-high 17s, you'll probably have some practice with this level of bracket (I'm really bad at brackets too, but it improves as you play more), so as long as you don't drop the holds in the bracket section, you'll clear it. I kept dropping holds, so I cleared with barely any HP left;;
