To be honest, is the pattern hard for a 17? Not really... but the moment you hit the late run section, if your stamina is borderline or even if you've conserved some, one misstep drastically lowers your clear chance. You need to be able to connect the run section almost perfectly for the clear to be easier; if that's hard, you can try to mash through it once, but then the following stream becomes harder to read. I agree it's mid-tier, but since it requires uniquely strong reading skills compared to other stream charts, there can be quite a bit of personal difference.
