The run difficulty isn't easy, but failing to twist in the twist sections and mashing won't necessarily kill your clear. Of course, if your goal is to clear, you need enough gauge to survive the second run, so you must recover diligently in the recovery sections to clear. While it's not to the point where mid-low is completely incomprehensible, the difficulty of the sections you have to endure is quite deep, so I'll rate it as mid.

Get a full gauge by playing the initial run well, then you can mash through the final run and still clear.

I couldn't twist during the late spike because of stamina, but it's not mid-low even for a full-combo run.

This doesn't belong in low-mid... it's genuinely harder than Play-by-ear Step.
