The pattern is slightly unfriendly to locals, and it's the worst for scoring grinding..

To be honest, the difficulty for scoring might be top-tier, but the clear difficulty isn't quite high-tier... It has some weird twists similar to what appeared in 10, and even if you drag those, you need to be able to pick up the notes. If you can just survive the mid-section drill, it's a guaranteed clear. If you don't want to miss the run at the end of the drill, you'll have to mash the foot on the run section a bit harder. Since the pattern is mostly single notes, gauge recovery is slow, so unnecessary loss isn't allowed. For a local, the standard clear route would be: pick up everything in the 'ho-ho-hong-dan' section - force your way through the drill section - and don't let your guard down until the very end even after the drill is over.
