There are runs that drop here and there, but considering the BPM, the rest of the sections are actually quite empty, so it doesn't really affect clearing. Scoring is also easy since there are quite a few notes.

The run, which should at least contribute to the difficulty, is actually less intense than Milk at the same level. There are minor issues like the rhythm being confusing or the length of the middle holds being surprising, but these factors have zero impact on clearing. It's a 15, nothing more, nothing less. If you judge strictly by clear difficulty, it doesn't even reach the level of other strong mid-tier 15s.
