Actually, it's something in a very ambiguous position for a 15. Twist 16-bit comes out all the time, and there are clear killing sections like straight and reverse stairs 16-bit, but there are also quite a few sections that a 15 user should use for recovery. Mid-low seems appropriate.

On the other hand, it was a former S14 level but has now been upgraded to S15; there are quite a few twists, but the stamina consumption isn't that high.
