Bemera - SHORT CUT -

The path is a problem and it's too fast. This chart is tough even for an expert.

On the other hand, the BPM is very fast, but there are too many twists, so after the release of the next series, it feels like a level 16 with a low-to-mid difficulty.

For a local, the twist placement is so bizarre that a full clear is practically impossible, and the BPM is so fast that your feet struggle to keep up even with brackets. Since it's rare to see such messy twists even in higher levels, there's not much value in practicing it. Unless you're aiming for a full clear, I don't see why you'd bother with such a broken, over-the-top chart.

The ultimate 15 that makes even Laphus, Dignity, and Scorpion King—which aren't easy in terms of twist difficulty—look like nothing. It doesn't seem like a song you can twist with proper technique. Even if you try to drag, the base BPM is fast, so it's harder to drag than you'd think.
