I think it's easier than F(R)IEND, but the high-speed twists + jack + run finish might not feel easy to locals. However, among the mid-highs, it feels like it's just brute-forcing without much technique, so it's on the easier side. Come to think of it, there are plenty of forced charts from 15 mid-high onwards anyway.

Ultimately, it all comes down to whether you can handle the late spike's 200 BPM drill + run. I cleared it on my 3 rd try. So, out of personal bias, I'll give it a high scoring. (You say it looks easy? Try stepping on it.)
