CALL ME BACK

Except for the slightly messy rhythm, most of it is 14 low to mid-low, and realistically, it can even be seen as 13-level given the low BPM. However, the final twist run is a pattern that doesn't align with the 14s since Phoenix. If it were before Phoenix, I would have insisted it's a 13 even with that, but now, because of that one late section that is absolutely not 14-like, I think locals could even experience the confusing situation of suddenly dying. A pattern where the difficulty rating will likely split heavily depending on whether you can survive the late section or not, and whether you've been playing since the old version or are a new version user.
