Night Duty

Based on XX standards, it was the lowest level of S14, but now that S13's high-tier or over-leveled charts have all moved up to S14 mid-tier or higher since moving to PHOENIX, it's treated as a standard level. The side-twist that comes out as a final kill is short, but it's somewhat difficult for S14 locals to read. Other than that, it has a pattern that's easy for locals, and the low-speed section was removed, making it easier. Based on full accuracy, it's around S14 low-mid tier.

There are quite a few reactions dragging this down to a 13, and since most of the runs are at a 13 level, it's not hard to understand. However, I think the final run mixed with stairs is definitely above the average level. Runs aren't as common in 13s as you'd think, so I wonder if it really needs to be undervalued this much...?
