The easiest among 16-beat runs. But 16-beat runs are hard by nature.
Surprisingly, among 14s that require this kind of 16-beat twist, it's on the simpler side. It doesn't force unreasonable twists like Ladybug... and it's actually slower than Ladybug. Because of this slow BPM, it's surprisingly manageable even when 16-beat twists appear. Of course, since it introduces a whole new world of twists that you've never seen or heard of until reaching 13, it's not exactly simple.
