This is very difficult because it has so many standard twists (horizontal, diagonal, side, and high-angle).

It's really satisfying when you nail all the twists as a local. It's also great for practicing side foot placement.

If you pick this thinking it'll be easier than Arirang or that the BPM will be slower, you're in for a world of pain. Unlike Arirang, there are surprisingly few rest sections, and the proportion of standard twists that drain your stamina is quite high. The difficulty is slightly lowered only because the speed isn't incredibly fast. You need to be able to handle this level of twisting to build basic skills, so if you're not confident in your twists, maybe try this before moving on? But if this is mid-high, then Destination should be mid-high too; it's not just this one...
