I helped a friend who recently started playing Pump clear their first level 13 with this.

If you can handle the drills well, I think it's entry-level. However, as the local said, it might be too much for a local 9-10 to clear, but it should be fine if you're around a 12.

It's definitely not a 13. Depending on the person, the drill might be confusing, but considering it's slower than you'd think, I think it's risky to even maintain its spot if it drops to a 12. If you've played other rhythm games, have a basic concept of drills, and are confident in your ability to drill with your feet, I think it's worth a try even if your max clear level is 9-10.
