Aside from the late spike, the song is dead. However, the mixed-up sections of the late spike's extreme jumps are hard even for high-level 13 players to handle on sight, and the twists in that area are quite long. From a local's perspective, there's a chance you'll collapse during the jumps and fail to recover, losing the clear. This is a factor that affects local clears, and since the late spike difficulty is much higher than most low-mid level songs, I think mid-level is correct. Practically, the beginning is much easier than Accident, but the late spike difficulty is on par with Accident, so it's in the same category as Accident.

A very confusing pattern appears in the extreme late game, but it doesn't affect the clear. The difficulty for all-combo and above is far beyond S13.
