Alice in Misanthrope

The twists that appear for a 12 are just simple twists, but it feels like it earns the 12 rating by covering it with long length. Since the twists come out very consistently, if you're weak at twisting, it might be a bit painful even if it's mostly simple twists. It feels like a slightly slower, higher-density version of DO or DIE.
