Passacaglia

An upgraded version of Requiem... but since there are blatant rest sections, maybe it's more of a side-grade? It's not exactly easy, and the fail rate is definitely higher than a mediocre 13, but if you manage to hit the rest sections and just survive the rest, it's clearable. Depending on whether you force yourself to survive or give up because it's too hard, the clear difficulty varies wildly. Surprisingly, there are quite a few high-angle twist songs at lower levels, but I don't think I've seen a case that pushes it this hard for even two sections.

Even when I entered with the chart fully memorized as a local, I couldn't see a clear path to clear. I only barely cleared it after becoming a 13 local;; / Personally, I think S12 is the stage for finishing basic 8-beat twists (stairs, horizontal, etc.), but since high-angle 8-beats that locals have never seen in their lives pop up here, locals have no choice but to step inefficiently, whether they drag-step or twist-step (I did too..) / That's why most locals probably give up about halfway through the late spike. 13.
