Hardkore of the North

A song I picked wrong when I was a 12 local due to lack of time and suffered. With a high BPM of 190, even if it's 12-beat, can we really call it a 12 when bursts appear frequently and the ending even expands the beat to 16-beat? Even if it can be seen as a 12, it shouldn't be in the appropriate range. However, the length is still a bit short to consider the burst as a drill.

What is with the drill?!?! First of all, this must be given at least High or above.

There are almost no rest sections, and the 12-beat section in the early-to-mid part is equivalent to 142.5 BPM when converted to 16-beat. On top of that, 190 BPM 16-beat even appears in the latter half.
