Athena's Shield

Compared to other mid-tier 11s, there are plenty of songs that push stairs way harder than this. There are as many chill sections as there are killing parts, so as long as you don't completely fall apart, you can clear it with the mindset that even locals can survive.

There aren't any patterns that would qualify as high-level twists, but the BPM is 176, which is by no means slow. As you get to the latter half, standard twists come at you in waves, so it doesn't look easy for locals. I thought this would be a low-level chart since the higher levels of the same song are generally low-level, but it wasn't.

The twist difficulty is high enough that it could be bumped up one level.
