There are specific sections where the twist intensity is very high. If you can get past those two sections, you'll clear it, but for similar reasons as Euphorianic, I can't say it's easy for locals to endure. However, the nutritional value of the twist sections is quite high, so if you're not confident in twisting, try practicing it.
