The final section is mid-low tier, but the rest of the chart is far too easy to be called a 10. Even the difficult sections are jump patterns mixed with drills, which are less confusing than twist patterns for this level. Unless you completely freeze up in the final section, clearing it should be easy. If the final section were just a bit easier, it could have even been low-tier.
