If you enter the late-spike big stairs with full health, you might get lucky and clear it, but otherwise, it's a tough chart. As for the bracket section before the late spike, if you time it and treat it as a trill, it all connects!
For the bracket-note runs in the second half, try to drill them rather than hitting them as distinct runs; it's easier to clear that way. As for the late spike... let's just leave that to luck..
Practice getting through the drills well, and for the final run, just think of following the flow of the chart and mash as much as you can—you'll clear it eventually. It's even better if you can drag the very last big stair and step on it without twisting.
Since the game fills up your hidden gauge with holds before the main section anyway, save as much stamina as possible in the early-to-mid section by mashing what you can and ignoring what you can. For the drills, step as if you're splitting your legs. It's slower than you think, so don't be intimidated; mash the small runs as 16-beats, and for the bracket stairs, face the direction the run is going and mash the final 12-beat without twisting your body. If you practice kangshorts or stairs a lot, the big stairs will be easy to clear, so I recommend practicing them a lot.
Don't make mistakes in the drills and mash the 240 BPM runs as hard as you can. It's normal for your gauge to drop, so the key is not to get flustered by the gauge in the final section. It's shorter than it looks.
