Very easy. It doesn't run for too long and gives you breaks in between, so even if you can't handle high-speed runs, it's worth a try if you just close your eyes and go for it.

200bpm is pretty much the standard for 25 and beyond, what makes this easy to pass is how cheatable the patterns are and the runs before it being straight forward. however as usual, nimgo likes hold tech which you can easily drop on your sightread

There are many half-notes, making it easy to mash, and even when it comes out as full double, it's easy to mash, so I think it's manageable. Out of the 25s I've cleared, this is the one that took the least stamina and the one I struggled with the least.

No matter how easy this is, the run is long and mashing is difficult. If you want a strategy, group the horizontal twists in twos and hit them with jumps.

If you mash it properly, it's low-tier, but it still feels like a 25.
