You need to enter the late spike with full health. For the runs, mash along the path. Be careful not to lose too much health on the big stairs right before the late spike ends.

You have to clear the front part to make the late spike easier.

If you've come up through high-speed runs, this is a chart you might be able to clear even before BOCA or Dark Side. It feels like they made it easy while maintaining the value of a 25, so it's worth a try if your feet are fast.
