The mid-tempo pattern and the late-spike run are stumbling blocks, but personally, I think the late-spike run is the highlight rather than the slow section. Since the crossover pattern in the resting section(?) before the late-spike run drains your stamina, it makes the run harder to hit.

It's a bit tricky to be called low-tier, isn't it?

The low-speed section is surprisingly easy to mash. As for the late-spike run, if you've handled some mid-to-high level 24s, you can find a way to clear it... However, the low-speed section is easy to lose judgment on, so scoring is very difficult compared to the clear difficulty.
