The late spike is a total wall. To clear it, you need to play the early part well. It surprisingly requires some stamina. Depending on the person, it might be low to mid-low.

Personally, the timing to enter the late spike is too difficult. It seems manageable at 24, though.

It's a bit too much of a cheat to be in mid-low...

The parts before and after the bracket drill are difficult, but if you can pull through the twist-mixed run, recover your gauge during the bracket drill, and clear the crossover, you'll succeed.

The bpm and so many fast part make it harder than it looks, especially the ending. Fair for entry 24.
