Mr. Larpus

Both Ex 2 and Ex 6 are equal before the big stairs / But wait, there are tons of level 23s harder to scoring on than this, so why just this one

Since clear is the priority for ranking, it has to be at the bottom. If you scoring it, it can go up to low-mid, but this chart came up to 24 from D23 mid without any revisions. So it seems very difficult to escape the bottom. However, if you are really weak at big stairs, there is a high chance it could go up to low.

In terms of pure clear difficulty, it's the lowest, but for proper scoring, there are many easier songs in the low to mid-low range.

The chart is identical to Phoenix 1, and just like then, it's a winning run once you clear the big stairs, so there's no reason for the 24 upgrade other than scoring difficulty. However, those big stairs are still very powerful, so be careful. Scoring is quite difficult, so if you consider that, it would be low-tier, but since the evaluation guidelines are based on break on difficulty, it's the lowest tier.
