Since the combo count is reduced, every single miss is a critical blow to your scoring, but the patterns themselves leave a ton of micro-misses. It's understandable that it maintained level 24 based on P 2, where the focus shifted to scoring.

The hold tick died so the judgment is brutal now, ugh

Clear is still bottom tier, but the hold ticks have decreased more than expected, so it's a bit ambiguous if you can still cheese the pump-bill like in part 1, though it's still easier to eat than other songs.
