It's hard even if you mash, and if you hit the notes accurately, it's insanely hard.

It's too physically demanding. While the chart is mainly based on simple runs, the run length is even longer compared to Yog-Sothoth. It's really tough. So, I'll rate it as high-level.

The rest section in S22 has been replaced with low-speed single notes, so there's no break. The stamina drain is overwhelmingly higher compared to Yog-Sothoth.
