Even accounting for personal difference in slow sections, considering Moonlight is D22 and its slow section is even harder, I don't see a strong reason for this to have moved up...

First, pre-practicing the slow section of Moonlight D22 is a must. There are many miscellaneous crossover steps even before the killing part, so your stamina might drain a bit. Since the final moving drills and stairs also eat some gauge, I recommend going in with full health if possible. In terms of difficulty, it could be upper-mid or higher based on judgment, but based on break on, it's easy if you've mastered the slow section.
