I have no idea why this got bumped up to 23

Clear difficulty is level 22, scoregrind is level 23. Given that we already have d23 and d24 with clear difficulty of level 20, there's no reason this one shouldn't be re-evaluated.

If you can bracket the blue drills to some extent, there's nothing particularly difficult.

Clearing it is no problem, but it's definitely not easy to scoring high on.

An old D23 got downgraded to 22 and then bumped back up this game, but seriously why?? There isn't a single section that even feels like a 23.
