The initial slow section is tough, and you have to be careful not to break the hold. Once the hold ends, any level 23 player should be able to clear it.

Oh, I don't even know how many times I died because of that first low-speed section... T_T

The mid-section slow section is gone, so the burden has decreased significantly. Just watch out for the 4-note holds and it's a 22.

Just be careful with the initial slow section and the bracket hold section, and it's easy.

Now, as long as you get past that very first low-speed section (which is surprisingly tricky), it's just a plain, vanilla 160 BPM run song.
