It felt like stepping on a low-tier 24 rather than a high-tier 23. But since the difficulty of the two levels overlaps anyway, it doesn't really matter.

Pretty stam heavy but the run is short so you just have to conserve and take it easy. Lots of crossovers and twist

The patterns unique to Sunny's charts are tricky / Everything looks like it can be mashed, but when you actually play it, it's surprisingly uncomfortable, so you have to mix in a lot of accurate hits / Personally, because of Fave Garden 24, I think 23 is more appropriate.

There's a malicious placement every 150 combos or so. When it was a 24, I didn't really lose my mental when I got cut off; if anything, I remember thinking, "Thanks for the free extra percent." But now that it's a 23, if I mess up before the sighing section, my mental just breaks... But as mentioned, because of the malicious placement, it's almost impossible not to lose your combo in the front, so it feels like you use two or three times more stamina to clear it. Since the back is a "placement that's easy to read" but not a "placement that isn't tiring," you end up dropping it while thinking about where you messed up in the front. I wonder if this psychological factor plays a part in why people say it's hard for a 23...

I'm not sure why it was downgraded. Even as a D24, it would probably be mid-to-low tier.
