It starts from the bracket section. Be very careful not to throw away the points you worked hard to get with accurate hits by breaking off.

The more you hit it straight, the easier it gets.

The stamina isn't that bad it's just hard to hit the tiny holds and the end blue twist on p2 always gets me

If you're just aiming to clear it, use the early section to build up your stamina with some crossover, then hit the runs mixed with holds with absolute precision, and just leave the final bracket to luck.

An active Adv 10 cleared this! Of course, it's because I'm a bracket-specialized player, but anyway, it features twist-heavy runs with holds mixed in. If you can maintain full health through that part, you can play the subsequent brackets quite sloppily and the gauge will still allow it.
