Moving to Phoenix 2, the early sudden-death sections were replaced by gimmicks and disappeared. However, it's still tough to clear and top-tier for scoring because it has many tricky patterns overall.

The early 3-note + side-swipe is more confusing than it looks, and there's a sudden spike early on, so it's better to be aware of it beforehand.

Personally, I'm not good at half-steps, so I struggled a lot here.

There might be individual differences with the low-speed section. For the rest, there are no recovery sections, so you have to refill your gauge with short bursts. The late spike is also a half-high-angle + diagonal twist, which is tough when combined with the stamina you've already lost.
