The difficulty is evenly spread throughout the chart. The pressure from the twist that appears from the beginning is high, but once you pass this section, the runs are broken up into short segments, so there are no sections that are particularly threatening to break on. However, since each pattern is quite tricky, it's a song that requires considerable stamina.

If you can just handle the pressure of the early spike, it's a chart that 21 players can easily push through with raw physical skill.

The twists are as tough as a level 22 should be, but the volume of notes feels lower than D19, making it a good chart to try once you've mastered level 22. In terms of stamina consumption, it's around the level of Stardream (feat. Romelon) D22, so I personally highly recommend it for farming.
