If you mix twists and mashes appropriately, it's quite manageable.

A high-angle twist chart at 120 BPM. The entire chart is filled with unfamiliar waist twists, and the late spike especially features horizontal movement patterns that appear periodically to confuse the player's footwork. The stride is also quite wide, so players weak at waist twisting are likely to mash the pads frantically during the highlight section. However, since the BPM is quite slow, if you grip the bar tight and play primarily on your toes, it's more manageable than it seems. Because it's a chart that goes against the current meta where complex high-angle twists are being phased out, it's inevitable that the perceived difficulty and dislike are generally high, but personally, I think it's overly underrated.
