Crimson hood

I guess this got downrated to D21 because the run has no twists and you can get there with your life bar full.

It's brutal for locals, but for the top-tier players who clear 24+, the scoring is easy enough that it feels like a chart that dropped from 22 to 21.

When Phoenix 2 came out, it dropped along with Curiosity and ESM, right? But it's faster in runs than ESM and longer than Curiosity. Those two also dropped and are around the upper-mid level, so if it's harder than them, it's definitely top-tier. To begin with, it was lower-mid even back in 22, so it just randomly dropped. I really think it belongs in 22 in terms of clear...

The scoring is easy, but personally, I think it belongs in 22.

The runs aren't even slow, and they're long too. I wonder why this got downgraded from D22.
