The high-angle twists and sudden weight shifts scattered throughout eat away at your gauge. It becomes easy if you mash or drag, but if you try to hit it with precise timing, it can be quite a struggle.

It is mainly divided into two elements: long-distance brackets and high-angle twists. You can tackle the brackets by using bracket-tapping (overlapping notes) as much as possible to save leg strength, and handle the high-angle twists by mashing and dragging. However, if you hit the notes accurately, the twist path is very complex, making it very difficult to get a good judgment. Personally, I don't think it's easy even at 21, but since it was promoted from 20 and the low-speed section in the mid-to-late game was removed, and the runs are broken up into smaller pieces, clearing it is straightforward as long as you don't get caught in the final drill.

Fill your gauge as much as possible until the late spike, then for the sudden twist, ignore the side and hit the rest accurately to clear. If you aim for scoring, the difficulty spikes because you have to hit all the notes you previously ignored.
