Contrary to most users' evaluations, if you are a 'precise player' who has earned 'Ad4 or higher' on Phoenix solely through 'singles', even if you are a local or below, the twist skill and stamina built up from singles can make this surprisingly clearable. In fact, this was my second D19 clear.

A chart where you can feel the mystery of the nine bends. Overall, it's dominated by complex twist paths, and it's extremely difficult due to sudden change-of-direction movements, random diagonal twists, and some sections where the path doesn't align. For the sections where the path doesn't align, make sure to prepare individual builds. Also, be careful not to get broken off by missing the 3-note at the very end. Based on correct hits, the clear difficulty is D20 High. If the BPM were just a bit higher, it would be Top-tier. I wouldn't recommend this to locals.

Definitely do High-BPM, but you can skip this one.
