Higgledy Piggledy

The early section frequently features half-holds and brackets, so you must not miss these, and the highlight sections of the first and second verses consist of high-difficulty twist-crossover runs. The run in the second verse is slightly harder than the first, and the second verse also includes sudden crossovers, so be careful. However, there are many charts harder than this one to reach the top tier of D20, and the stamina requirement doesn't match other top-tier charts, so it's D20 mid-high based on full combo.

It feels like a Bad Apple D20 where the speed was increased and the crossover was weakened. However, there are quite a few sections where you have to shift or twist your body significantly, so be careful.
